Medvique delivers across India. We ship to all major cities and most pin codes. Remote area delivery may take additional time — contact us to confirm availability for your location.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Bulk orders may require 3–5 business days for processing and inventory verification.
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery: 2–3 business days (available in select cities). Large equipment and bulk orders may have customized delivery schedules communicated at the time of order.
Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000. Orders below ₹5,000 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Bulk order shipping is calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under Order History.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
